How to style the buttons within widgets?
-
Right now I’m using the follow blog widget and the search widget. The follow blog widget has an ugly button, and the search widget has a button that doesn’;t match the rest of the buttons in my pages, etc. I know you can use blocks as widgets but I don’t know how to create a widget that has exact same functionality as the follow blog widget, for example.
How do I fix the problem?
Wouldn’t it be easier to allow authors to style individual elements within a widget?
I’m on the free plan, btw.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
The buttons on those widgets are based on your site’s theme. At the moment the only way to change them is through the use of some CSS code. But this is not very optimal as you’ll have to adjust the CSS code every time you change your theme.
