How to submit a private support ticket when I have a paid upgrade?

I have the domain mapping upgrade but when I try to submit a support ticket it posts to the forums. From searching the forums it seems I should have an option to contact support privately from Step 3 of the contact form, but I don’t see the option.

If I recall correctly, private live chat with staff is only available to people with the $300 business bundle of upgrades. The ability to make a Staff Only post is somewhat different…they keep changing it. I would expect that on the weekends, when there are fewer staffers around, you’ll get dumped into the main forum. So wait till tomorrow.
