  Hi again!

  I would like the iframe tig to be availabre on free sites as well as premium sites.

  We are not able to offer that on WordPress.com due to the fact that we use a cloud-based service with resources that sites share. In that scenario an iframe one one site can affect many other sites in the network since iframes are a common vector for attack.

  If you wish to have the freedom to add iframes to your WordPress.com site you can upgrade to our WordPress.com Business Plan, which moves your site to more dedicated resources via our business site hosting. This would also permit you to upload any plugin or theme “designed for WordPress.”

  Your other option is to set up a “self-hosted WordPress site, “which are sites that you create on a “traditional web host” like Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc. The self-hosted version of WordPress is more advanced and completely DIY, but would also allow you to use any iframe you wish. 

  Please note that this version of WordPress is usually the choice of web designers and developers, as well as advanced users, so it does not come with support like you have here. Hope this helps clarify!
