How to submit my theme for inclusion in the WordPress.com directory?

  I have created four themes so far that have been accepted into the WordPress.org directory and I’m interested in including them in the WordPress.com directory as well. I would probably want some to be free and some to be premium themes.

  How can I submit a theme to be considered?

  Is there any documentation on any special requirements for .com themes above and beyond what a .org theme might have? All of the theme features in my themes so far are based on the standard ones built into WordPress core.
