How to submit sitemap in wordpress blog

  I am new to wordpress and I have created a blo https://freeonlinechatroom.wordpress.com/
  I submitted a sitemap https://freeonlinechatroom.wordpress.com/sitemap.xml but it shows warning in image part of site map…how can I fix it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
