How to substitute the themes content and photos with my own?

Hi, this is my first time creating a website with WordPress free themes and I’m simply wanting to replace the themes content and images with my own. I’m using SNAPS theme and other than the header the body is blank and I’m wanting to replace the images and content (has multiple photos that link to pages) but I can’t figure out how to do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You don’t need to access themes content to be able to add photos. Theme content is indeed not accessible.
You can upload images to your Media Library: https://en.support.wordpress.com/media/ and then add the uploaded images to pages or posts: https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/adding-images-to-posts-or-pages/
You can also set uploaded images as featured images to your posts or pages: https://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/

As mentioned, the theme’s demo content is not something that is provided. You will want to upload your own content to your site.
