How to suppress the box for comments that appears under the posts?

I’m trying to get a more minimalist look for my blog. I got rid of the social nets buttons, but I don’t know how to suppress that box for writing comments. Could you help me?

Hey there @fernandosantamaria, do you want to remove the ability to comment on posts, or just hide the comment box?
It looks like you’re not allowing comments on new posts, and if that’s your intention, you would still need to disallow comments from existing posts, too, which you can do here: check to select all, Bulk Actions, Edit, and change Comments to Do Not Allow. Then save your changes.
You may also want to pick a theme that allows you to remove the comment box itself. Our Site Editor themes would lend themselves to your minimalist aesthetic, since you can control the templates for pages and posts and remove parts of the site that you don’t want. Just be sure to leave in the block for query loops and content, so that your posts and pages can appear where they should.
If you don’t want to switch themes, and disallowing comments is not enough, you could also use a plan that supports Premium to hide the comment area using CSS. You can pick that up here, then add this snippet via Appearance > Customize > CSS:
div#comments { display: none; }Let us know if you need more help!
