How to switch domain hosts

  I’m switching my domain host from Wix to WordPress, but I don’t know how. I already have the domain name purchased but I want to start hosting on WordPress.

  I already have a blog on my wordpress account, but the website I have is http://www.ourclimatestory.com and I want to move it to WordPress.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi chungrebecca,

  You’ll have to purchase a Domain Mapping upgrade, and then point your nameservers at WordPress.com. Here’s a support article that shows you how:

  More specifically, I noticed that you registered your domain using Network Solutions. You’ll have to change your nameservers there to

  • ns1.wordpress.com
  • ns2.wordpress.com
