How to switch from Titan to Google Email?

Titan has been unstable for the last few months, and we get bounced emails. I’d like to change our email client from Titan to Google. I remember when I set it up, I had an option to choose between the 2, but I cant figure out how to go and edit the choice.
How do I change this while already on Titan? I’m on the WordPress Business plan for what its worth.

Also, will you need to migrate your existing emails to the new system? I’m assuming yes, but if not let us know; that could simplify things.

Hi again! I’ve found the steps for migrating from WordPress.com Professional Email / Titan Email to Google Workspace.
- Back up your Titan Email inbox. Here’s how. You can skip this step if you don’t want to migrate existing messages over.
- Cancel Titan/Professional Email here. We have steps here if you need them.
- Add Google Workspace addresses to the domain. Here’s how!
- Use these steps to migrate your Titan backup into the new Google-based inboxes.
Also, before you get started, please know this must apply to all your email inboxes for a domain. You won’t be able to have
(email visible only to moderators and staff)on Titan and(email visible only to moderators and staff)on Workspace. If you have more than one domain pointing to a single site, you could conceivably use different email services for each domain, but it’s probably easiest to just use one service.Does that help?
