How to switch off comment like email notifications?

Hello,
Whenever people use the rather recent feature to like my comments, I receive an email notification which I do not want to receive. I have switched all email notifications off under “Discussion” but as it doesn’t even have an option for comment likes, I’m not surprised that didn’t do the trick.
I have unsuccessfully searched WordPress support & the forums, incidentally, also tried to google the problem but I haven’t found any solution so I would be grateful if someone could help me.
The blog I need help with is http://wattwurmnashi.com, but it is mostly my comments on other people’s blogs that are of issue here.
