how to switch page I deleted to another blog

  I started a page/blog under this one, called sqfoundation. I deleted it because I wanted to set it up as its own blog (it is for an organization I am a part of.) Now when I go to set it up, it says this name is already taken; however, if I go to this page it says it has been deleted by author (which is me.) Do you know how I can use this name as its own whole new blog? THanks for any help you can give!

  You can’t. The warning messages that appeared while you were deleting the site clearly stated that deleting the site will permanently remove the address from the system. sqfoundation.wordpress.com is gone and nobody, not even you, can ever use it again. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
