How to switch portfolio Items to posts ?

  I found several plugins to convert Posts to portfolio items, but I need to switch the 400 portfolio item I have into posts.
  Is there any plugin options? or How could i do it in a bulk?

  Under the LOokbook menu are the portfolios and under journal the posts

  Hi there, looks like your site is hosted on GoDaddy and not here on WordPressdotcom.
