How to switch to from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

  I was trying to get a new theme for my blog but I could not upload the new theme because I am on wordpress.com. How do I switch to wordpress.org so I will be able to install my new theme I purchased?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
