How to switch to the new Block Editor / delete the copyright on the tiled mosaic gallery

    Hi :)

    Please, I inadvertently switch to the old editor and I don’t understand how to use the new one again. I also would love not to show the copyright of my pics in the tiled mosaic gallery when I click on the single image. How can I not to show it? Thanks :) Giulio

    Hi there Giulio!

    I had a look at your site and it seems that you are using the new, Editor Block – were you able to make a switch already?

    As for the images in the gallery, when I open a particular image, I do not see any information about it so, again, I’m not sure if this is something you were able to solve on your own :)

    Hi there, hope you don’t mind me adding to this discussion.

    If by the “copyright info” you mean in the Gallery Image Carousel for example https://aldosrestaurant.wordpress.com/2019/10/10/aldos-restaurant/#jp-carousel-307 you can remove displaying the info below the photo by going to your WP Admin dashboard at https://aldosrestaurant.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-media.php and where it says “Image Gallery Carousel” under “Metadata” uncheck the box next to “Show photo metadata (Exif) in carousel, when available.” and then click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.

    After you do that, you may need to hard refresh your browser to see the changes in the Image Carousel.

    Please note that the link to view the full size image will remain and the only way to remove that is by upgrading your site plan to at least the Premium plan so you have access to your theme’s CSS.
