How to sync my new Bluehost blog with the WordPress reader?

  I recently moved my blog from andreasnirvana.wordpress.com to andreasnirvana.com (the latter being hosted through Bluehost). I was wondering what could I do so people on WordPress could still subscribe to my blog and see my content in the reader… Is there a plugin or anything else I could use?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
