How to take my registered domain name to another host?

  Hey,

  I want to take my paid for name “www.thecrisisbegins.com” and have it point to a private host so I can customize the site using my own web design.

  Please tell me that I don’t have to cancel the domain name with you and pay to own the domain again with another company before I can do this. I’m hoping I can simply continue to own the name that I purchased through you and point it away to this other host.

  Hi Curtis,

  You can certainly use that domain with a different hosting provider. To do so, you’ll need to update your domain name servers by following this guide. Your hosting provider can give you the name server information:
