How to take the map off of the contact page?

  Hi! I am a first time blogger and very inexperienced. Just wondering how to edit my contact page. I don’t want the map on my contact page, and also am having trouble customizing the contact form. It appears to be autofilling my information in and I’m not sure if I want it in there. Thanks!
