How to take title off page but it shows as a menu option?
-
Hi there helpful people,
I want to remove the page title from view, but I’d like to select it for a menu option on the Twenty Twelve theme for http://www.groundworksouthlearning.org.uk as the title above my header looks messy.
How do I do this, please?
Need an answer asap if poss,
Thanks so much,
Katie.

I checked http://groundworksouthlearning.org.uk/ but I only saw a message that said the “site will be back very soon.” It looks like you’ve closed it for maintenance?
I also noticed the site is not hosted here at WordPress.com. If you are using WordPress but are not using WordPress.com, then the right place to post theme-related questions about Twenty Twelve would be at http://wordpress.org/support/theme/twentytwelve
Before you head over there though, I can try giving you advice based on looking at the Twenty Twelve demo site. Here is an example page from the demo site:
http://twentytwelvedemo.wordpress.com/about-2/To hide the title on pages like that one, one possible solution would be to add the following custom CSS:
.page .entry-title { display: none; }Because of the “.page” at the beginning of the selector, the example will work to hide titles on all pages.
Regarding adding things to menus, you can use a custom menu and get fine-tuned control over what shows up there. You may not need the CSS solution from above if you’re just trying to adjust the menu itself.
