How to talk to a WordPress employee?

    I can’t log into wordpress and get the live chat support. It doesn’t say my email or username is in the system. But I can still log into the ‘wp-admin’ site.

    I need to talk to someone from wordpress on the phone to get this sorted out by the 25th.
    How do I get in contact with them?

    WordPress support is via chat, there is not a phone support option. I have tagged this post with modlook for you so a WordPress staff member will see it.

    As just a double check, make sure you are using the email you used when registering bauerspo.wordpress.com or which ever site you are looking to work on.

    It sounds like you may have two different WordPress.com accounts. If you have purchased any upgrades, they are not under the account that you are contacting us from. Is the URL connected to the account you are trying to access bauerspo.wordpress.com? If not, what is the site URL?
