How to talk to WordPress company to ask question??

As a volunteer, i work with 3 different wordpress sites. But I am not a techy. I was going to get a premium service for $4 per month. Can I ask questions about all 3 sites? Also, is the WP tech support good? Thank you for helping me.

You can post questions about your free site https://artpushcart.wordpress.com/ right here. Note that a WordPress.com Premium plan costs more than $4 per month. Perhaps you mean a Personal plan? That does not include Livechat support with staff though, only email support. You would need a Premium plan for that and that support would only apply to the site you had purchased the upgrade for.

Are the other unnamed sites hosteded here at WordPress.com too? If they have paid plans then the owners of those sites will have access to support here. If they are hosted elsewhere and just use the wordpress software then staff here cannot offer support. You’d need to register an account and visit the .org support forum in that case.
