How to tell my renewal request has gone through

    I’ve hit “renew” but there’s nothing showing that confirms it has been renewed. Also it’s saying my domain expired on October 12th, but it’s not October 12th yet (I’m on the West Coast)

    Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> should show the next renewal date (about a year out)

    You should receive an email confirming the transaction

    After a short delay you should see a receipt in

    Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History

    Remember that your .ca domain needs to be renewed with the registrar (not at WordPress.COM) – your domain mapping is here
