You can view all transactions made with WordPress.com, including payments and refunds, in your Billing History.
You can view your Billing History by clicking on your Account Profile (avatar) in the upper right-hand corner of your WordPress.com account:

Any charge from WordPress.com would clearly say “WORDPRESS” on your credit card statement. If it doesn’t say that, the charge isn’t from us.
The account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you. If you do have a charge for WordPress.com on your statement, it’s for a different account.
If you’re not sure what account or site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.

Charges from WordPress.com will appear on your statement as one of the following:
- WPCHRG.COM
- WordPress
- Akismet
- dotBlog
- Jetpack
- Polldaddy
- VaultPres
- WooCommer
- WP VIP
- Automatt

staff-chatoxzwp, charges from WordPress.com will appear as I have indicated to the OP above. The other names you mention here are for other products sold by Automattic, and we don’t help with billing issues for those products in this forum.
