How to track blog followers via RSS feeds?

    I am using the RSS Links widget to enable readers of my blog to follow it via RSS feeds. Is there a way I can find out how many have signed up to do that? If not with this widget, is there an app that would enable me to do that?

    I read that Feedburner offers that option but I can’t figure out how to install it in WordPress. Any suggestions would be great.
