How to transfer a domain name FROM Blogger to WP?
-
I am soooo frustrated, guys, I hope someone can help me.
I started my blog on Blogger a couple of years ago and purchased my domain name through them because it was cheap and easy. Apparently that was a BIG MISTAKE because Blogger’s privacy settings are a joke. I want to migrate my blog over to WordPress so I can password protect entries.
However, I cannot find my domain information ANYWHERE! Every step that Google gives me flat out does not work. I’ve gathered that it was hosted through eNom but I have NO login information for that site and none of my info is working as a login. I feel like they have me over a barrel with my own domain name. It shouldn’t be this hard!
Does anyone know how to fix that?!

WordPress.com cannot help you with your domain issues unfortunately.
To locate your domain name registrar, you may use the WHOIS tool. Good luck with it.

WordPress.com doesn’t accept incoming domains for management, but what you can do is keep your domain where it is (or find another company to deal with it) and point the nameservers at WordPress.com. YOu will need the domain mapping upgrade as well. http://en.support.wordpress.com/add-a-domain/
