how to transfer a premium account to another site for which I'm not the admin

    Hello,

    I’m looking for transfering the premium account I bought on the site I built with my account, and that I Just export to another site, for which I’m not the admin.

    The site concerned is odeuxsoeurs.wordpress.com (on my account) to become odeuxsoeurs2015.wordpress.com (not on my account)

    Hello there!

    Technically, you cannot transfer over upgrades if you don’t own both these sites.

    If I have your permission, however, I will cancel the Premium upgrade on your site, odeuxsoeurs.wordpress.com, and credit your new site, odeuxsoeurs2015.wordpress.com, with the upgrade. When I do this, the mapping of odeuxsoeurs.com to odeuxsoeurs.wordpress.com will be lost. Is that all right with you?

    Also, so you are aware, you will lose any changes you made as a result of the Premium upgrade on your old site, once I cancel it.

    I’ll take action once I receive your permission.

    Technically I own both accounts but one was created for someone else, but it’s okay as I have the login information. Anyway.

    On the other account, you will see that there are two websites. I transfered (odeuxsoeurs.wordpress to the other account), but I want to delete it, so that I can have back the url odeuxsoeurs.wordpress, instead of odeuxsoeurs2015). So please make sure to credit odeuxsoeurs2015.

    By the way, I never received the message to confirm the delete of odeuxsoeurs.wordpress. Is it normal?

    Hi there,

    Before I can make any adjustments, you must update your email address in your odeuxsoeurs2015 account. It’s currently listed as a deleted gmail account. That is why you’re not getting your notification, I suspect.

    When you’re logged into odeuxsoeurs2015, please go to the link below and fix that address:
    https://wordpress.com/me/account

    After that, I will remove the Premium upgrade from testodeuxsoeurs.wordpress.com, I will also remove the mapping for odeuxsoeurs.com.

    Then I can add that credit to your other site.

    One problem is that odeuxsoeurs2015 doesn’t have a site affiliated with it. You must have a WordPress.com site registered, or I cannot move the Premium upgrade.

    Just let me know what the name of the site is, then I’ll move the upgrade.

    I can add a domain when the premium account will be effective. I’m not sure I understand, as odeuxsoeurs2015.wordpress.com exist…

    Actually I tried to add a domain, and it happens that the one I want to add was used for the test version, which I just deleted. But now I can’t use it anymore… or maybe it’s because of the cache?

    Argh, I shouldn’t have done that way, I just realised there was a possibility to transfer blog to account….

    Can you help me with that also?
    I actually wanted to change the name of the blog (odeuxsoeurs2015.wordpress.com to odeuxsoeurs.wordpress.com), and add a domain : odeuxsoeurs.com

    Hey there!

    Ok, here’s what’s happening at the moment:

    1. Your WordPress.com user account, eugenibrin, has the following WordPress.com sites registered:
      eugeniebrin
      testodeuxsoeurs (upgraded with the custom domain name, odeuxsoeurs.com)
    2. The WordPress.com user account, odeuxsoeurs, has the following WordPress.com site registered:
      odeuxsoeurs2015
    3. The WordPress.com user account, odeuxsoeurs2015, has NO WordPress.com sites registered to it.

    My understanding is that you want this to be your main site:
    https://odeuxsoeurs2015.wordpress.com/

    Correct?

    And you want visitors to find it by using the URL: odeuxsoeurs.com?

    If this is the case, you must move the site odeuxsoeurs2015.wordpress.com to the account where the domain name current resides: eugenibrin.

    To move your WordPress.com site to that user name, follow these instructions:
    en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-wordpress-com-user-or-account

    Once that is done, let me know and I can transfer your domain from testodeuxsoeurs.

    I would like a refund of the premium account, but as i deleted all the blogs i can’t access the shop.
