How to transfer an account from one holder to another

  I have taken over as treasurer for a choir website mangaged by WordPress. I want to change the details for billing etc. from the former person to myself.

  Hi pubkelly101,

  Every account has a sole owner, the best way to achieve what you’re after is;

  1. Create a new account for yourself
  2. Transfer the site from the existing account to the new one

  This is the site. As treasurer, I hold the debit card for payment but the annual invoice goes to Jenny McCart, who originally set up the account but has now left the choir.
  I have asked her to effect a transfer to the account I have set up in my name but I think she is not certain what to do.
  Any help you can give would be good.

  Hello again, have her log into her WordPress.com account and then follow the guide that @raynesio linked to earlier:

  Once the transfer is made, she will no longer have access to the site unless she is invited by you as the site owner.
