How to transfer an existing WP-blog from another host to WP.com ?

  I have a WordPress blog on the host Web4all and I thing several think would be simpler if I was in WordPress.com
  Is there an easy — very easy would be best for me — procedure to keep all the features of my blog during this transportation ?
