  The comments posted here by fellow volunteers have been useful, but because this topic involves quite a bit of personal information which should not be displayed on a public forum, especially the things the OP might need to pursue this issue to a resolution, I’ll close this topic.

  I will let staff know that you need some individual and private help. Check spam filters on your emails. IMO, the best you can expect is to have the site marked private or suspended. Please have business documents available, and if you have pursued this issue in court, please be ready to show them.
