How to transfer content?

  Hey guys, I need help on a friends blog. They’re not too tech savy, so they asked me to help them.
  She has a blog, in which I’ve helped her create menu tabs that say whatever.

  Now, theres one tab that says “Latest Posts” which obviously would have her latest blog posts in there. Unfortunately, whenever she goes to create a new blog post, it makes its own link and doesnt show up on the correct page.

  Is there anyway i can generate a code that pulls the feed from the fresh posts and puts them on that page? or would we have to just make the posts on the “Latest post” page.

  If we have to put them manually on the page, then we wont be able to have them appear in her “Recent posts” sidebar tab.
