How to transfer domain back to original host

  Hello,

  I need help transferring my domain to Squarespace. My domain (primalhomesolutions.com) is currently locked by WP.com, but is not showing on my account to get the transfer code. I can only see the domain primaldirect.wordpress.com. Can someone please provide guidance for how to obtain the transfer code to unlock primalhomesolutions.com? Thanks.

  I noticed that your domain primalhomesolutions.com isn’t registered on WordPress.com but is registered on Squarespace, as you can see here:

  https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/primalhomesolutions.com

  However, it looks like you’re currently using WordPress.com DNS records. In this case, you’ll need to remove the existing A records and replace them with the ones provided by your hosting provider to make the domain point to another host.
