How to transfer domain from WordPress to Vistaprint

  I submitted the request to have the domain transferred from WordPress and I was emailed an authorization code. For Vistaprint, it requires me to provide the Vistaprint Domain Name Server information to WordPress so I’m a bit confused on what to do next. I didnt see a place to enter the Vistaprint info to WordPress. HELLLPPPP!!

  Hi,

  To use the domain you have purchased from WordPress.com on another site, you will need to transfer the domain to another registrar as WordPress.com can only manage domains that is used with WordPress.com.

  Hello!

  Just to add on, the article @decicleeyy mentioned has a link for : https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/change-name-servers/

  This is where you use the information Vistaprint provided:

  Changing name servers

  You can manage your domain at Domains, by clicking the domain you wish to manage.

  Click on Name Servers and DNS.

  By default, your name servers will be set to Use WordPress.com name servers. To change your name servers, toggle this off by clicking on the slider to the right.

  Replace the WordPress.com name servers with your new host’s name servers. You must enter at least two name servers with up to four being supported.

  Click the blue Save Custom Name Servers button to save your changes.

  The changes can take up to 72 hours to become active, but typically take only a few hours
