how to transfer domain ownership from one admin to another

    My site has two admins, and the other admin made the initial purchase of our domain. We have to manually renew, as our credit card number changes annually. I would like to be the admin who puts in this manual renewal info, but I see no way to input the credit card info. I assume this is because the other admin made the initial purchase. Is there any way to transfer ownership of the domain from the other admin to myself?

    Hi Lee,

    That’s correct. The admin that originally purchases the upgrade owns it (both in the legal sense of who is responsible for the domain name and for payment/changes).

    The other admin can write in to us asking to transfer ownership over to you and take it from there.
