How to transfer followers from .com to .org?

  Hi,
  I have recently switched from WP.com to WP.org
  I have already set up jetpack and connected it to my WP.com site.
  Could someone please help me transfer my followers to my WP.org site?

  My WP.org site is:
  http://vinslookbook.com/vinslookbook/
