How to transfer followers to new self-hosted WordPress.org site?

  I recently transferred my WordPress.com site to self-hosting with WordPress.org. I imported all my content successfully, so I did not need the Guided Transfer. I also installed the Jetpack plugin. However, I would like to transfer all of my former followers and likes, and make sure people in WordPress.com can still find my site to follow. Is this possible without paying for the Guided Transfer?
  I did recently pay for upgrades on WordPress.com that I didn’t end up using for long, so hopefully this can be done for free. My old site was dieplicious.wordpress.com, and the new site is at dieplicious.com.

  Unfortunately there’s no way to transfer the Likes over from a WordPress.com blog to a WordPress.org one, however I’ve already taken care of all of your followers!
