How to transfer GoDaddy site and use ProPhoto subscription

  I need help linking my site from Go Daddy to Word Press I also purchased ProPhoto by mistake and have not been able to use it in WordPress. Is there a rep that can help me stop this charge from reoccurring while I work on transferring my site? I requested help from ProPhoto and have not received any response.

  We wouldn’t be able to assist with the purchase with ProPhoto, and you would need to contact their support for help with that.

  With regards to moving a site over to WordPress.com, you would need to follow these steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-an-entire-wordpress-site/
