How to transfer my domain instead of mapping ?

  My domain already mapping to WordPress. I want to transfer instead.
  Please advise

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any domain mapping upgrades. Which domain are you referring to?

  Also, could you try logging in to the account that upgrade was purchased through and reply here? You should be able to do so using the email address your last receipt was sent to.

  I can then look at your options.

  My domain is pinefieldlcd.net which I want this to be transfer. I’ve purchased with domain transfer but yet unable to do so.
