how to transfer my site through wordpress.org to this site wordpress.com

  Hello,
  I had someone created my website, http://www.saludconluz.com through wordpress.org. I now started the account through wordpress.com and would love to transfer all my information to wordpress.com. How can I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  you can use export tool from wordpress dashboard, save the file to your folder at your PC then upload to your wordpress.com using import tools from wordpress dashboard. Wait until complete to import file and attachment.
