How to transfer my WordPress.com subscribers to WordPress.org blog

  I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, but I thought I could transfer my blog subscribers from WordPress.com to WordPress.Org, am I incorrect in thinking so?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, if your previous site was hosted here on WordPress.com and you’ve installed the Jetpack plugin on your self-hosted WordPress site, you can use the Jetpack migration tool as outlined here https://jetpack.com/support/subscription-migration-tool/
