How to transfer one of my blogs to another profile run by me?

  I have 3 blogs with WordPress — 2 of them are personal and 1 is professional. I don’t want my professional blog’s viewers to see my profile (as gyspyreema, but as a another one I want to create in the name of my company – networkingtrips). But I don’t know how I can alter the author profiles on my blogs. Please can you help?
