How to transfer ownership of my blog

  Hello! Please help. My friend, Dave Garrison, created my wordpress blog. Dave is very sick and will not be able to keep up with editing or payments for my blog. I would like to transfer all information about my blog/website into my name, address, etc. Please tell me how I can do that.
