How to transfer plan to site owner so user can be removed

    Hello,
    An administrator of the above site has paid for the site’s upgrade in previous years and now wishes to remove himself from involvement with the site. I am unable to remove him as he is the owner of the plan.
    We therefore wish to transfer the plan to the site owner but am unable to find instructions on how to do this when transferring a plan only.
    I raised this with support on October 7th but haven’t received any response despite several requests. As this situation is now urgent, can anybody else help?Thanking you in anticipation.
