in case that you need to transfer the site to another WordPress.com account, you can accomplish following the steps described here:
Most of your upgrades will be transferred with the blog, and will be owned by the user you’ve transferred the blog to. Please be aware of this before you transfer your blog. The new owner will not be able to make new purchases or renew upgrades using your payment information, but will be able to manage the upgrades as their own.
