How to transfer site stats and email subscribers to self hosted blog

  Hello –

  I recently transferred my blog from wordpress.com to wordpress.org (hosted on Host Gator). Can someone please tell me how I can import my WP.com email and WordPress subscribers? Also, is it possible to transfer my old stats too?
