how to transfer subscribers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org. I have jetpack installed on wordpress.com site but I cannot see switch site option when I go to my site???

If you want to do that yourself, make sure that you have installed and activated the jetpack plugin on your WordPress.ORG account and have it connected to your WordPress.COM account.
Then, login to your WordPress.COM account you will have the switch site option now.
And then, follow this guide to migrate your subscribers:
