How to transfer to other webhosting?

    Hi, Im having trouble figuring out how to transfer my domain to another webhosting ferm. The reason I need this, is because I need to be able to configure all the files on my site.
    My new hosting firm “UnoEuro Webhosting” need to be aproved as registrator on their “CSL Joker”, and need a Auth ID key.

    I thought I had done all this, but just got an email from them saying they cant move the domain.

    Could you please help me out?

    Hi there,

    I see that you registered your custom domain borderline77.com here at WordPress.com 51 days ago, on August 27, 2013. For new domains and after changing your domain contact details, there is a waiting period of 60 days before you can transfer it.

    However, you can point your domain to your new host by updating your name servers: Change name servers

    After 60 days from the date you registered the domain or changed the registrant contact details, you can transfer it to another registrar with this guide: Transfer a domain to another registrar
