How To Transfer WordPress Blog -Need EPP Code?

  Would like to transfer my wordpress blog to HostGator -but i would need to get EPP code?
  Where can i get one?And what is the easiest way to do it?
  Please bear in mind i am novice to all this/

  ok..Thanks!.managed to get authorization code..But was told i will need to change now setting not to be anonymous.since i dont like “footprint” on web:-)
  Where can i change settings?
  Also ..I am hosting blog on WordPress.Reason i would like to change it to HostGator is because i would like to have options where i can use Plugins and Widgets and i dont get that options on my Dashboard.

  Can i maybe get that option using WordPress without transferring it to another host?
