How to Transferring Followers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org?

  I need to transfer my followers from my old wordpress.com site http://limeisbetter.wordpress.com/ , to my new hosted
  wordpress.org site http://www.limeisbetter.com/ . Can you please tell me how I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  As far as I know, it’s not possible. You have to make a post so that your subscribers to the old blog hear you’ve moved, and subscribe to the new one. They are two separate URLs, so they are two separate subscriptions.

  This means that they should subscribe via email they will not be able to see me in http://wordpress.com/ #! / Read / ??

  If you’re moving off WordPress.com, you will not show up in that at all.
