How to translate a template ?

  Hello,

  I’m a french teacher and user of wordpress.com for my class blog. But there’s a problem, my template isn’t already translated. How can I fix this ? Is there a bug or can I try to translate it myself ?

  Thank you for your answer but I choose french in the wordpress dashboard. But there’s no changing on the template. Text about comments or tags are already in english…
