How to translate my WHOLE page

Hello fellow wordpressers!
I’ve got a problem with my webpage justacollab.com – it seems like I can’t get it 100 % danish. In my ‘About’ (‘Om os’ in danish) it says ‘read more’ which I can’t change. There is also some other things like when i press the search button it says ‘Type and press enter’.
Is there any way I can change this? :-)
