How to turn audio files uploaded to WordPress into an RSS feed for iTunes

    Hey all,
    I am producing a podcast and hosting it on WordPress for now. I need to submit an RSS feed to iTunes to get listed, but I don’t know if I can just submit a tag or category RSS feed of my blog and if that will qualify or work. Otherwise, how would I get the audio files hosted on WordPress onto an RSS feed?
